A HEALTHY AND BALANCED CULINARY PROGRAMME

Greatly aware of the nutritional problems encountered by the young generation, DSR introduced very early in its school canteens a culinary programme designed to offer children and adolescents a healthy and balanced diet.

Our enterprise was one of the first catering companies to promote the junior Green Fork label in its establishments. Besides, our cooks have for several years used the services of DSR’s dietician to get good advice on planning their weekly menus.

Thus, the meals prepared by our cooks and served to the youngest guests constantly aim, on the one hand, to supply the nutrition suitable for the age of the children and, on the other hand, to get them to discover foods that are not always a sure success with this age-group.
