Print THE DSR TRAINING CENTRE

DSR encourages its chefs de cuisine to show innovation and creativity in designing their menus. To stimulate its staff’s energies, DSR has its own training centre, which is another important ingredient in fostering motivation.

Each year, nearly thirty training courses are delivered to approximately 600 employees. Advanced training in cooking techniques, reception and service, nutrition and food hygiene, HACCP self-checking and health and safety at work are among the courses offered by external and internal tutors as well as by established chefs, who regularly come to share their skills and experience with the DSR staff.

With the setting up of its new head office in the A-ONE Business Centre in Rolle, which includes a restaurant that seats more than 700 guests, DSR will have, from October 2008, a platform that will be used for the production of meals, research and the development of new culinary concepts, as well as for the practical training of its cooks.
