TRAINING

The policy on hygiene and food safety developed by DSR is the subject of specific, compulsory training.

This thorough testing, which takes x days, enables each cook to gain an understanding of the issues at stake in respecting the strict rules applied to our area of activity, and to become familiar with the modern tools that DSR places at their disposal to guarantee food safety without fail.

At the end of the training, a complete set of documents is handed to the manager-head chef, who makes it available to all the kitchen staff.

Unannounced inspections are organised regularly in the establishments to make sure that the rules of hygiene are properly applied and, where necessary, to improve the practical application of specific techniques which require additional training.
