Best of Swiss Gastro

The staff restaurant of the Credit Suisse Tower in Zurich Oerlikon, run by DSR, has won first prize in the Business & Care category at this year's «Best of Swiss Gastro Awards».

To make sure that fruit and vegetables are at their very best, they should preferably be chosen when in season in the country.

They must look good, be near to ripe, and exhibit neither crushed leaves nor signs of having been knocked about. They should preferably be eaten as soon as possible so they retain all their goodness. They should be kept in the fridge, in the appropriate compartment, for a few days.
