The staff restaurant of the Credit Suisse Tower in Zurich Oerlikon, run by DSR, has won first prize in the Business & Care category at this year's «Best of Swiss Gastro Awards».

Eating in the same restaurant every day can quickly lead to a feeling of weariness in some guests.

To try and prevent this, DSR arranges themed weeks in its restaurants. Their aim is to take the customer on a culinary journey and get him to discover new products. Whether this involves presenting an exotic cuisine or seasonal products, the activities are designed to convey a new atmosphere in the catering area, using decorative items, posters or table settings.
