There is no single food product that combines all the nutrients an organism needs, but there is also no food that is bad for one’s health as long as, obviously, it is not consumed in excessive quantities.
A food pyramid has been designed that brings together all the food products and makes it easy to understand what they supply to the body. The pyramid tells us which foods should be consumed in greater quantities (groups 1 to 3), compared to those that should only be eaten in moderation (groups 4 to 7).
