From 21st to 25th September 2011, the first Swiss Finger Food Trophy has took place during the Comptoir Suisse in Beaulieu. The event organised by the Bocuse d’Or Swiss Academy and the Bakery-Pastry Romand craftsmen’ Association.
The DSR team, composed by Mr Guillaume Gasnier (cuisine), Régis Ferré (pastry), César Nicollier (bakery) and Christophe Davis (coach) won the first Swiss Finger Food Trophy with honours from the jury.
Our three professionals and their coach reached their goal by investing themselves totally in this culinary challenge. Each in their speciality, the participants have shown a bonding team spirit, working with passion and a love of their trade. Thank you to them!
The appointment for next year is already marked in their agendas.
