Eating a healthy and balanced diet is becoming a major concern of the population and of contract catering facilities.

DSR identified this new trend a very long time ago and offers food every day in its restaurants that pays attention to every individual’s nutritional needs.
To this purpose, DSR presents the Slim Grill concept. The food is grilled ‘in a minute’, in front of the consumer, the ‘Slim Grill’ recipes use very thin slices of meat such as beef, pork or fish that are cooked very quickly on a ‘teppanyaky’ type hot plate. The dish is then garnished with vegetables and aromatic herbs.
