DRINKS
Water is the only drink that is essential to the body.
It is recommended that you drink 1.5 litres a day, during and between meals, either water or in the form of hot drinks (tea, herb teas, infusions...).
If you drink mineral water, and if you don’t manage to achieve a sufficient daily consumption of milk products, then try to choose water that is rich in calcium but low in sodium, which will make up for this shortage.
If you like fizzy drinks or sugary drinks, restrict yourself to one glass a day (note that the sugar contents in these drinks does not satiate one’s appetite or quench one’s thirst, and can easily result in weight gain).
