Employees’ regular absence from work is a major problem in the catering sector.
DSR is anxious to care for its employees, and has asked for the services of PMSE SA, a company that specialises in this field, to encourage the return of employees absent from their place of work. This cooperation, which started in 2007, enables each staff member to get support during certain difficult periods in their life and return to their workplace in the best conditions. The first results are positive and consolidate DSR’s social responsibility towards its employees.
