Print DSR's HUMAN RESOURCES POLICY

In order to ensure that its employees remain highly motivated, DSR has always offered better working conditions than those normally practised in the sector.

This approach fosters an atmosphere of security which is conducive to a stable workforce.
Its Human resources department currently manages more than 1,400 employees spread throughout Switzerland. They receive:

• Remuneration in conformity with the collective agreement in force;
• A thirteenth salary from the first year;
• 5 weeks annual leave;
• 9 public holidays;
• 42 working hours a week;
• participation, from the first franc, in the pension fund.

Other benefits flow from its remuneration policy. In fact, DSR was the first operator in the contract catering sector to offer a bonus, called Motiva, which is paid to all employees for the smooth running of business.
