To deal with this problem, DSR has decided to set up its own recruitment company for temporary staff, Hotelis SA, whose task is to select and train staff in the various catering jobs. By this means, DSR has established a pool of temporary employees who are familiar with the practical work involved in contract catering and are operational from the first day of their temporary job.
