The Quality group is mainly responsible for ensuring the implementation and observance of the work regulations which the DSR Group has specified within the framework of its ISO 9001 certification, and more recently its environmental standard ISO 14001.
In addition to this supervision, the DSR Quality group also assumes all the responsibilities related to hygiene and health and safety at work. These aspects form an integral part of the food safety policy which the DSR Group, given its size, must implement in all its restaurants.
Another important element in ensuring long-term cooperation is evaluating, in measurable terms, the level of satisfaction among the guests. This allows uncovering any malfunctions and instituting the necessary corrective measures without delay.
