Wishing to implement an optimised method of managing employee know-how, skills, responsibilities, profiles and goals, DSR launched a Skills Management Programme for its executive staff in 2010. The programme was extended to include all employees in 2011. In the short term, it will provide our Human Resources with a better vision of employee know-how, technical expertise and interpersonal skills. The goal is to encourage internal mobility in line with the desire to develop within the company and our HR policy.
