Training future generations and preparing them for the fascinating world of catering.
Finding a profession, a vocation, a career to fulfil one's ambitions is not always an easy matter. In 2007, DSR committed itself to a long-term policy aimed at incorporating apprentice training in its operating units as one of its main strategic goals in connection with human resources.
To that end, we welcome a fresh group of apprentices every year, thereby helping to train young people in a variety of professions within the catering industry. DSR currently offers training for twenty apprentices, and hopes to double that number over the next five years.
Through our affiliated company, Hotelis SA, we now have a Centre for Continuous Training for professionals in the catering and hotel trades. Every year, our instructors provide over 9000 hours of training for nearly 1200 employees.
