DSR CHEFS BY PHILIPPE CHEVRIER’S

Desiring to provide quality service and to meet the growing demand from some customers, DSR has conceived with the Chef Philippe Chevrier, a training program developed to raise the gastronomy cooking level of mastery of DSR chefs.

The training, lasting three weeks, takes place at the Domaine de Chateauvieux in the heart of Philippe Chevrier’s restaurant. By integrating the team of the famous Chef from Geneva, DSR’s chefs, selected each year for this training, are fully associated in the kitchen team and participate in the preparation of dishes served at this prestigious address. Their new knowledge gives them the opportunity to design and prepare menus for private lounges or special events requested by many customers of DSR, which offer such services.
