The staff restaurant of the Credit Suisse Tower in Zurich Oerlikon, run by DSR, has won first prize in the Business & Care category at this year's «Best of Swiss Gastro Awards».

DRINK A SUFFICIENT QUANTITY OF WATER

An individual needs to drink 1 to 1.5 litres of water a day. Since a feeling of thirst declines with advancing age, it is worth being vigilant.

Remember to drink regularly during and between meals.
Don’t forget that broth, soup, herb tea, tea, coffee and certain foods are part of your daily intake of water.
If you are worried about getting up at night, consume most of your water in the morning and reduce it in the evening.
