With the aid of its dietician, DSR provides the necessary support to its cooks to offer the guests varied and balanced meals. She is also available to advise customers at lunchtime, and to help with choosing their food.
Her role involves:
1 – Checking and supervising menus
2 – Continuously improving the balance and nutritional quality of the menus on offer
3 – Monitoring the improvement in the nutritional knowledge of our staff
4 – Suggesting nutritional ideas in line with the needs of customers
5 – Nutrition courses for the DSR kitchen staff in any sector
These various interventions are useful in ensuring that we are always alert to our customers’ needs in nutritional matters. Having a dietician also enables us to follow developments in this field, thanks to her specific knowledge.
