The staff restaurant of the Credit Suisse Tower in Zurich Oerlikon, run by DSR, has won first prize in the Business & Care category at this year's «Best of Swiss Gastro Awards».
On Monday 21 November 2011 at the awards night in Basel, the team from DSR received the «Best of Swiss Gastro Award» in the Business & Care category from Melanie Winiger.
Manager Caroline Petrich and her team were ecstatic to have won the coveted award and thanked all of the many guests who had supported them in such great numbers. The award shows that lively hospitality as well as committed and personally tailored services are very highly prized – even in corporate catering – and are appreciated by guests.
Opened at the beginning of December 2010, the modern staff restaurant at the Credit Suisse Tower is setting new standards in staff catering. Six food islands, each of which forms a separate catering unit, offer a large selection of menus and meals. An average of 1200 lunches are freshly prepared and served here every day. DSR also runs a spacious Coffee & Sushi bar on the ground floor and a Panini bar on the 20th floor.
The «Best of Swiss Gastro Award» is the only gastronomy award in Switzerland that is voted for by the public. Every year, awards are presented to the best businesses in the catering industry that have devised a new concept in the past three years.
