The DSR purchasing department occupies a strategic function in our organisation. It defines, in particular, the framework conditions as well as all the rules of cooperation between our establishments and our listed suppliers.
The purchasing policy of DSR aims to select suppliers that are able to satisfy its requirements both on aspects of quality and freshness as well as cost. Carrying out this selection work means the chef de cuisine is free from any worry about supplies, and able to devote himself completely to producing meals. DSR’s policy is to give preference to national suppliers, sometimes local ones. The listing of suppliers allows DSR to set quality standards to which they must adhere. It also ensures the precise traceability of the goods. The origin of foodstuffs, in particular of meat, is indicated in all our restaurants.
