The staff restaurant of the Credit Suisse Tower in Zurich Oerlikon, run by DSR, has won first prize in the Business & Care category at this year's «Best of Swiss Gastro Awards».

5th June is World Environment Day. Initiated by the United Nations Environment Programme, the THINK.EAT.SAVE campaign is addressed to all the citizens on our planet to stimulate worldwide awareness of environmental issues and the importance of the green economy.

From 21st to 25th September 2011, the first Swiss Finger Food Trophy has took place during the Comptoir Suisse in Beaulieu. The event organised by the Bocuse d’Or Swiss Academy and the Bakery-Pastry Romand craftsmen’ Association.
